1) You had the following 5 cases discussed fully in class: The Audit, Vishala Printers, Pune Party, GTB, and Bear Sterns. We had approximately 12 short caselets presented in class by various Groups (depending upon Specialization)
a. Using the 5 cases discussed in the class and any other 5 cases presented by Groups (i.e. 10 in all – not the 3EE), write in a tabulated form the key CG&E issues and learning from each case (20 Marks)
b. Develop a holistic view of the CG & E course using the Stakeholders approach from the cases. (You may use any frameworks discussed and shown in class to support your arguments). (10 Marks)
2) In a tabulated form, compare and contrast the 2nd Elephant Economy (2EE) and 3rd Elephant Economy (3EE) on as many dimensions as you can. Based on your tabulation, what do you think would be the key issues of CG&E (leadership, risk management; regulation & compliance; and, professional and personal ethics) for the business firm in 3EE? (20 Marks)
